Dollhouse furniture
Mr. E and I are here for 4 weeks. I have a Louvre membership so we can do short frequent visits. Such a blessing to not feel the need to rush to do everything quickly. We're staying close to Montorgueil, perhaps not everyone's favorite, but oh so convenient.
Not an emergency kind of question for this forum, compared to where I can find the best tarte tatin, but I am wondering if there's a specific store someone knows where I can find miniature dollhouse furniture for my granddaughter and me?

Well, this is not something that has ever interested me, and I'm not even sure how I knew that doll houses are maisons de poupees, except that it's a fairly literal translation.
Here are a couple of places in Paris.

And then there is a museum.

You might find others. My first search turned up lots of places not in Paris, or online ordering, and so I went with
musee poupee meubles Paris. Good luck

Yeah, Passage Jouffroy has a lot of precious little stuff like that.
If you are really interested in dolls, you might check out that museum above. It wasn't quite as interesting as I expected, but I'm not a doll aficionado, so you might like it.

I have purchased several dollhouse items in Passage Jouffroy. Went to Musee Poupee but didn't find furniture. There is also a place on Ile St. Louis but for the life of me I can't remember the name. On one of the side streets right next to a place that squeezes fresh orange juice.
