Want to make a day trip to Kutna Hora from Prague on June 3, leaving from Hlavni Nadrazi (Main) station, but having trouble navagating the rail web site to bring up schedules for that day. Is it possibly too far out to be able to access that schedule? Rail site seems to accept my 'FROM' location of Hlavni Nadrazi, however, comes back with 'destination not found' when I input 'TO' location Kutna Hora-Sedlec. Maybe I'm not inputting that location correctly?

Driving isn't an option as we won't be renting a car while in Prague.

The German rail site shows trains from Prague to Kutna Hora hl.n. To get from Kutna Hora hl.n. to Kutna Hora-Sedlec you would need to take a local train (about 4 minutes) but these trains are shons as stopping only on request in the Sedlec station.

You'll likely plan better than we did in making the same day trip a few years ago.

We managed, with some help at the Prague main train station, to purchase a round-trip ticket to KH from Prague. No problem.

Arrived in due time at KH station, toured the sights, enjoyed them all. Had a fabulous lunch.

Assured our RT ticket was good on *any* train back to Praha, we hopped on the next one that pulled into KH station.

And went as far as Brno, I think. Where the train stopped. And emptied. Except for us. Who sat there. For a loooooong time.

Luckily, a very large and officious Train-Frau, strode down the aisle of the coach, stopped with a harumph and a jolt in front of the seats where we waited still, and bellowed: "AUSsteigen!!" My intimate familiarity with the German tongue led me instantly to believe that it was now our responsibility to exit the train. Immediately.

With the help of the stationmaster, and a little more German, we figured out which train to board to complete our return to Prague.

A bit of advice: When ordered by a Czech Train-Frau to "Get OFF!", it would be in your best interest to obey as quickly as you possibly can.
