Dijon Train Stations - more than one?

We will be staying in Beaune for a few days and then want to go to Frankfurt by train. Is there more than one train station in Dijon? We will take the train from Beaune to Dijon which is a ter train. Then take the TGV from Dijon to Bern and then an ICE to Frankfurt.

There are a couple but I believe your train from Beaune will arrive at the Dijon Ville station and your TGV to Bern will leave from that same station.

Hi S,

Although there is more than one station in Dijon, both your train from Beaune and your train to Bern go to/from Dijon Ville.

You can see a map of Dijon at www.mappy.com and www.viamichelin.com showing the train station.

Too late for me! If there are actually 2 stations in Dijon the "normal" one is west of the town center.
If you have, lets say one hour between your 2 trains, head to Place Darcy and Darcy garden and have a walk downtown.
You may even have some time to walk the owl's trail... (ask the brochure at the tourist office place Darcy).
There are lockers at the train station

Vraiment il est que un seul gare principal a Dijon?? Est-que les autres stations, meme les petites en la ville? Je pense non. J'aime essayer ecrirer francaise avec Madame Moutard de Dijon, qui doit me penser un fou! Salut!

Ah Pal you know I love your "French" writing, it makes me try to understand what you really mean ;-)

The other gare is Dijon Porte neuve which is going to be the main station in a few years. I wrote about it here :

(It reminds me that delvino will be in Dijon in 2 days coming by car!)

Pal did I tell you that moutard is a tiny tot in French? ;-) it is la moutarde not le moutard!
