Delfini Villas or Lava Oia in Oia?

After perusing through all the messages here, my husband and I decided to stay in Oia for 3 nights this September (yes, I am just now planning our Greek vacation!). Both the Delfini Villas & Lava Oia have rooms available and the quoted prices I received are comparable. We are heading out to Oia for some R&R, and I'm not sure if one is better than the other. I thought maybe location might help me decide where we should stay, but I couldn't find a detailed map of Oia. My husband and I don't plan on renting a car on Santorini, so I want to make sure that we have easy access to the bus system if we decide to hang out for a day in Fira or at a beach. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The location for both is very similar. Lava Oias (where we stayed in May - I will be posting my trip report asap), is just outside the pedestrian zone. Delfini is just inside the pedestrian zone. They both have very similar views, and easy access to the bus to Fira. We didn't tour Delfini, but the main difference is that Delfini is a hotel, and Lava Oias, is a house rental, with housekeeping. We were very happy at Lava Oias - wonderful private patios - I am not sure if Delfini offers this.

How much was Lava Oia's, per night per room if not a secret? (The one with the private balcony)

We were there early/mid May, which was still considered off season. We paid 100Euros/night. All of the units have private patios. One pair may share a large one.

I was quoted a special internet price of 130 euros for mid-September. I still can't decide! Thanks Saltymuffin for your thoughts.
