Day trip from Venice to Austria

Can anyone provide information about a day trip from Venice to Austria? Possibly Villach? Will be end of September.

If you check www.trenitalia.it, EC train departs from Venice S.L.station 6:47, arrives Villach Hbf 9:40; return EC train from Villach 19:36, arrives Venice at 22:29.
