Cyber cafes in Italy, how do I find them?

I think it would be a good idea to keep in touch with people at home through the internet while I am in Rome and Sorrento area. How do I find out where they are located? Thanks.

Easy, Nancy, just ask at your hotel. They're available everywhere.

Nancy, try www.cybercafes.com

They list locations of cybercafes throughout the world, first by continent, then country, then city. By no means comprehensive, at least it's a place to start.

Buon Viaggio,
BC

Don't forget to check out the laundromats in Rome -- no kidding. We noticed that several had internet access. What a great idea -- suds and surf!

Martha:

Most laudromat clients are immigrants: these people can afford neither computer not washing machine, therefore they go to the laundromat and wait until the clothes are done staying in tough with family and friends through the Internet.

In Rome, the Barbarini square is the home of the largest Internet Cafe in the world. Check it out if you get a chance.

Like the other posters have said, you'll be surprised at the places you can find internet access in Rome. Start with your hotel.
