I would definently bring my own smokes and sunscreen. At www.boots.com you can see that sunscree is anywhere from £5 to £20. So its quite expensive.

Hmmm. If an employee owned business is considered a community organisation, how about UAL? (oh, now that explains their service level...)

I believe UAL was bought by the employees after management filed for bankruptcy. The unions were under attack and instead of folding under the pressure they bought the company. That is my recollection anyway. If unions are being compared to communism I guess that is the right of those that hold that view. Although I am not a union member it is not hard for me to see how I have benefited from the sacrifices made by union members. thereyet
