Help! I only have four days to spend and I am choosing between Copenhagen and Stockholm. While both are equally expensive cities, I heard Copenhagen is small, quaint and fun while Stockholm is grand and beautiful. I am into a more upbeat, energetic city. Please advise on which city I should spend my long weekend in? Many thanks!

In 2003 I was for a few days in both cities. I liked both , but if I had to choose I would choose Stockholm.

You should definitely go to Stockholm! I would only choose Copenhagen over Stockholm if I only had 2 days or so to spend.

I live in Copenhagen, and even though I love this city (born here, raised here, lived all my life here) I would choose Stockholm. Stockholm is definitely my favourite Scandinavian city.

I think you put your finger on it...do you want small and quaint or grand and beautiful? You have to decide. Each has its points and can be energetic so it depends on who you are and what you want to do.
