Assuming the arriving flight is on time why wouldn't you be able to?

Zurich is a compact, efficient airport. If the followings are true, you have enough time.

1. Both flights are on same reservation --> no need to check-in at ZRH, and you already have boarding pass for Zurich to Geneve flight when you land at ZRH.
2. Your checked luggage are transferred for you at ZRH to the next flight --> no need to check-in luggage at ZRH.

Your only problem is if these are 2 separate tickets and you have to recheck luggage and get a new boarding pass. As long as it's a single ticket you are protected n case of a problem and will be put on the next flight with an open seat.

Thanks Greg and all for your prompt reply....well i will be holding two separate tickets and traveling with spouse and infant. The problem arises due to Thai Airways suspend its flight operation to MADRID and i obtain the schengen visa from spanish embassy and every one suggest me that port of entry must be SPAIN.

My destination is geneva, whereas my arrival now in zurich...so i thought that i should travel from zurich to geneva, geneva to madrid on the same day...and done my immigration in madrid? Do you think its possible or my immigration will be at Zurich as a first arrival point.

The reason i cant change my ticket is because on my way back to Islamabad(pakistan)...i will be staying in Bangkok (all reservation for hotels already paid)...thats why i am so confuse.
