Sorry to add to the confussion but we stayed at B&B Borgo Grondaie and it was wonderful. It is more like apartments than a B&B. This website I found doesn't do it justice. http://www.tuscany.net/grondaie/index.html I am sure it was recommended on this forum so you might want to ask about it. Will you have a car? The B&B is outside the city limits (just a few minutes by car), we just took a cab. The breakfast was amazing but I don't remember if it was included.

I assume you know that Locanda Amorosa is more than :30 from Siena.

I have booked a room at the Palazzo Brucchi. All of the reviews that I've read have been very positive.

Depending on which company you are renting the car from, there is usually an office open in Florence on Saturday until around 12:30-1:00 and the airport offices are usually open as well....if that helps you out any.

I would also suggest you checking out Palazzo Ravizza in Siena. They also have parking.

I've checked the following places in Siena.Same budget but can't tell about the location.Any thought about a good map for Siena or am I going a little nuts about finding great location?
Palazzo Brucchi
B&B Borgo Grondale
residenzia d'epoca Il Casato.
Thanks,Nono

I think you are just going nuts a bit. You said yourself ....Locanda Del Amorosa is expensive for your budget, so you are only left with 2 options.
Check out their websites to find out where they are located. I know for a fact that Palazzo Brucchi is walking distance to Il Campo and many other sites in Siena, and that's where I will be staying for my honeymoon. I'm not sure where residenzia is, but if you have their street address you can always check out their location at www.viamichelin.com

Good luck!

Thanks Carlos. All three places are close to the center.
Procrastination and temporary insanity are making me undecisive.
I'll make my decisions very soon and my husband and I will have a great time regardless of the hotel choice.
Thanks to all,
nono
