Check in for Easy Jet Flight

My daughter will be flying from Biarritz France airport next Monday on EasyJet, She does not have access to a printer to print the boarding pass in advance. Is there a check in counter for Easy Jet customers at that airport? Thank you

You will have to check with Easyjet. Can she put her boarding pass on her phone? That's another option.

There will be for people to drop their bags BUT there will likely be a big charg for her to do that...probably around €40 or so...

Be sure she checks in online beforehand online.

I can't find anything online about printing the boarding card at the airport. I would tell her to email the boarding pass PDF to herself and find somewhere to print it (a hotel may do it for her if she asks...).

there should be an internet cafe in Biarritz she could use, or if she is in a hotel, ask reception if they will let her do it there.

Based on this link I think she has to check in online and find a way to print her boarding pass...the recommend an Internet cafe.

Failing that definitely call them and ask.

I think you can do that at the airport as I've flown Easyjet in places I don't think I had access to a printer. I recently flew another budget airline in France (Hop) and it said the same thing online, that you had to check in online in advance. The printer at my hotel didn't work, so I couldn't. They had plenty of machines at Perpignan airport to print your pass there, anyway.

I really think it would be kind of outrageous for any airline to refuse to let you board if you didn't check in by computer in advance and print your ticket out in advance. Some people just can't, or their printer may break, who knows.

The Easyjet website clearly states "please check in online in advance" because "it saves you time at the airport". it doesn't say you have to or will be denied boarding, I don't see that anywhere.

Easyjet announced earlier this year that it would remove all it's check-in desks and replace them by bag-drop only desks. However they stated that for an unspecified "transition" period, they would still allow free printing of boarding passes at the airport to those who had "forgotten" to do so in advance:- I recently had to do this myself in June, when I was away from home and had to change my return flight on-line without access to a printer. No problem at all at the airport.

Your daughter can count herself lucky that she's not travelling with Ryanair, who notoriously do charge a hefty fee to those without a pre-prined boarding pass:-
