Charming Lodging in Nice

We received a great suggestion for a charming
place to stay in Paris. Now, I need some help
regarding Nice. Our last stay was in a very
modern hotel, but we love antiques,old-world
charm, and moderately low cost. Any ideas?
B&B or hotel are both fine.
Are you totally set on Nice?

These are nearby:

www.auberge-ericrivot.com - - in Eze sur Mer.

www.hotel-paris-rome.com - - in Menton.

www.hotel-diodato.net/visite.htm - - in Roquebrune Cap Martin.

Three ideas.

Best wishes,

Rex
Greetings All and particularly Rex,

We have spent lots of time in the South of France--I went to school in Montpellier 35 years ago and we try to get back to France most years--but I do not recall ever having been to Roquebrune. Would you recommend that as a base to do some of the French and Italian towns within that area? Am looking at Les Deux Freres in Roquebrune--appears very nice and reasonable. Would love some feedback. Many thanks.

Take care,
Robyn France

Rex--any thoughts on this one--is Roquebrune enough of a town to use as a base--anyone else?

Sorry, Tippy - - not familiar with Roquebrune off the top of my head.

But if you want some better chance at getting an answer to this question I would suggest posting a separate question with a header to this effect.

Best wishes,

Rex
