After searching for over one month I finally booked the Park Hotel Barcelona in El Born.

It has decent reviews on trip advisor, was running a sale and its location in El Born is what I was looking for.

I think I waited too long to book a room as inventory was very low for most hotels and sold out at most of the nicer hotels like H10 Raco del Pi. Oh well....

I will provide an update after my stay.
