Apartments in Seville and Granada

I am researching apartments in both Seville and Granada. Has anyone ever rented through this rental website in Granada:

http://www.veoapartment.com/apartmen...x-terrace.html

The apartment looks fantastic and the price is right, but would like to get some feedback if possible about the site (reputable?) and the apartment (duplex terrace) specifically.

Or.....can you recommend a website I can research for Granada apartments?

For Seville, kimhe recommended this site in Seville:

http://www.sevilla5.com/index.html

Love many of the properties listed and have contacted the management team, but was wondering if anyone here has rented through this website? Or, can you make a recommendation?

My head has been spinning for days while researching hotels -- what I find that I like is out of my budget, so I'm going to try to rent an apartment instead.

Any additional advice is GREATLY appreciated!

Many thanks,
Judy

We are renting one of their apartments in Seville and I believe veo apartments and seville5 are the same company. Our apartment can be found on both websites. I'm traveling now so don't have my notes with me but I do think they are one rental company. We will be using them for the first time in mid March. They have been prompt to answer my questions and have given detailed info about the apartment and the rental process. Deborah

Hi, Judy,

We have an apartment in Seville rented through airbnb.com. it will come to ~ $90/night, sleeps 4, stylish, near the river with a deck, and well reviewed by previous guests. I found they had a very good selection in Seville. Haven't been there yet, but we've had good luck in France and around the US through that site. Always carefully reading the reviews, amenities, and "house rules" sections.

Thank you! My only concern with seville5 is that they want cash at check in and I don't want to carry a lot of cash with me when I travel.

DeborahAnn -- did you settle your bill in cash or were you able to pay in advance?

Stokebailey -- thanks for the suggestion, will check out airnb.com today.

I wound up booking Casa de la Trinidad in Granada and Rey Alfonso in Seville.

I will provide an update on both after my stay.
