Capri
Hi. First time on this site, but I need some guidance! My husband and I are flying into Rome and then heading down to Capri for 4 nights before flying out of Naples.
I hope we are not making a mistake by not staying in Positano, but we're not. What should we do during our stay in Capri that is a must? I feel like there is so much to do and I don't want to spend 4 days running around like fools.
Thanks.

Capri is lovely and can be a geat place to stay - esp at night - when most of the tourists leave.
But - you must be aware that the public boats stop running very early - about 6 pm - so if you plan on doing any towns on the mainland you need to return before dinner - or hire a private boat.

Capri will be fine for 4 nights if you want to relax and relax and relax. During the day, you can hike the various routes on the island but in the evening, there's not much to do.
If you want more excitement, spend 2 days in capri, and 2 days on the mainland.

Hi Abby,
I stayed 2 nights in Sept and my favorite thing was a small boat tour around the island. Usually these include the Blue Grotto, but the sea was too rough that day. No problem, the rest was lovely and very relaxing.
I also hiked out to the villa Jovis. A nice walk through the neighborhoods of Capri up to great views and interesting ruins. I thought the Alex Muenth villa was skipable, but the gardens and views were lovely.
Restaurant Villa Verde in Capi town was fantastic!
Buon viaggio!
