Can you check your bag curbside for an international flight?

Flying TPA-EWR EWR-DUB. Checked in online, had to input my passport number, and printed both boarding passes. Is it possible to check my one bag at the curb and bypass the main ticket counter?

Thank you!

With an eticket on online boarding pass, you take your bags inside the terminal but you don't wait in line for a counter agent. Instead, you go to the kiosk, enter your flight info into the computer and check in the bags. The bag tickets will print out at the agent's desk, she will hand them to you and you walk over to the security guy and give him your bags. They put them right into the xray machine, and you leave from there and go on to the security checkpoint to access the gate.

I don't think you can use the curbside service for international flights.

Whether you can do curb-side baggage check varies by airline, and the rules can change literally overnight.

I suggest you phone the local number for the airline you are flying on. I might give you 100% accurate info about AirTran's rules for two weeks ago, but that would completely useless for you.
