Cambridge University

We are attending a course at Cambridge in June and are looking for recommendations on where to stay.

Unless the organisers can fix you up somewhere, try http://www.cambridgerooms.co.uk/ for accommodation in colleges.

Thanks Alec, haven't had much success there. Have found Regency House, in Emmanuel St, which looks good though.

Can't really give recommendations w/o knowing your budget?

How long are you in Cambridge - renting a flat is usually better for a week or more.

Thanks Janis. We've gone with Regency House. It's an apartment. Looks nice, the people seem onto it.

Glad something turned up. For others looking for places to stay in Cambridge, let me add that it can be worth checking the classifieds of the Cambridge Evening News: http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/cn_m...e_classifieds/
Look under "Property" for "Accommodations to let."
