Adare Manor B&B rate ?

Adare Manor B&B rate ?
The Adare Manor website lists a "b & b" rate that is dramatically cheaper than their standard room (85 Euro vs 240) but there is no detail about the room, although it seems to be in the manor. Anyone know anything about this? Seems too good to be true!

That is the link I have. I just put Dec 3 into the reservation system and that was one of the options....

Thanks very much Padraig. That explains a lot; I missed that. It also seems they are not open all week at that time of the year and the 85 euro is only Thursday. It goes up to 145 per person for the weekend. Still a decent deal and may make up for dicey weather at that time of year!
