Please advise of if any buses operate from Vico Equense and Rome and if so, any information, web sites etc. Thank you.

You can take the circumvesuviana railway from Vico Equense to Naples, then a high speed train on to Rome.

I don't keep track of what they offer, but here are a couple of sites you might check with....

You may need to backtrack to Sorrento - and I'm not sure that some services aren't only seasonal, and also may not run on Sundays.... but, for at least some of the year, there are one or two each day...

The Marozzi bus stops in Vico Equense. In summer there are usually two buses per day at 6:15 and 17:15. It's possible the bus only stops if someone has a prepurchased ticket (17.50€), but you could find out once you are in Vico Equense.
