Could someone inform me how long it takes to get from Split to Dubrovnik by bus? Are there different times that a bus goes there everyday?

According to my Lonely Plantet travel guide, there are 12 daily buses between Split and Dubrovnik, and the trip lasts about 4-1/2 hrs. Cost is 123 Kuna. Reservations are recommended. Bus station is beside the harbour in Split.

Yes, there are many buses to Split, more than are listed on the web site. We paid 118 kuna each. Each bus company has different standards. They all go at different times, so it is the luck of the draw. Ours was Autotrans and was excellent. <it was 4.5 hours, including the 15 minute stop in Bosnia. You show your passports at the border.
