Sorry, didn't preview, just re-read this and I've got my left and right reversed!!! Drury Lane will be on your LEFT if you are walking from HH tube station. The other Travelodge will be on your right actually on HH opposite the Drury Lane one.

Well done!
And for breakfast, there's a nice little cafe on Drury Lane almost opposite the Travelodge. Nothing fancy, just good traditional British food at a low price. You can even have Marmite on toast!
Have a wonderful time in London.

I had to keep checking just to see if I could get a room for the 10 pounds. Nope, but the Kings Cross location was on sale for 25, so not bad. I am still pleased with my booking yesterday though
Thanks for the breakfast tip!

We are back from our trip so I thought I would follow up. I do have a trip report posted as well.
Anyway, the Travel Lodge was just fine. Check in took a while as their system was giving them fits, but we got a room. We were on the 8th floor, and I requested a room away from the street but did not get that. We faced the street, so it was noisy, but not awful. The hallway smelled of cleaner, but the room was fine. We had a regular bed (think it was a queen, cant remember) and then a rollaway. The room was quite spacious. The bathroom could have used a bit of TLC, but was fine. They did only leave 1 towel and 1 bar of soap, so we had to go down and get more. There is no phone in the room, so we couldn't just call the front desk.
The price was perfect for what we got, and the room was clean and functional, so was exactly what we needed for one night. It was very warm that first day so I was a bit worried about how hot it was going to be trying to sleep. We left the window open and it was fine, but that was probably why the noise bothered me a bit. Like I said it wasn't awful...the girls didn't even notice, but if you are a light sleeper this would not be a good fit for you.
It was nice to get a great deal on this room since London is so expensive.
