British Airways R/T $99 all US gateways/London!
I just got an e-mail from travelzoo. Said $99 on British Airways, all US gateways/London. I haven't investigated it but thought some of you might be interested.

I suspect that you misread, unless the details refer to something other than what they have posted on the travelzoo.com website. It's each way (in fact it is listed on the BA website as ninety-FIVE each way), and with taxes, that comes out to $292 roundtrip.
It's still phenomenal for some cities that never see fares this low, but it's NOT $99 round trip.
Best wishes,
Rex

I got excited about this as well, but it turned out to be $120 from IAH with a $95 service charge per ticket so all told $671 for two tickets. Still an EXCELLENT price, but I would have had to go in November - January 2003. I decided to wait and go in May 2004 when the days will be longer and weather will be nicer. Still hoping for enough frequent flier miles this year to do it the best way- FREE!!

Hi
I purchased a ticket under the BA's promotion. $95.00 each way plus a LOT of extra fees(taxes?) added up to $293.50 from Phoenix to London in late November. Previous BA quotes were from the east coast. It was the cheapest fare I've seen from Phoenix, plus I like spending Thanksgiving in London and maybe taking the train to Paris or Brussels for a day or two.
Note that the deal was supposed to end last Thursday ad midnight.
