Borghese Gallery reservations?

When can I make reservations for Borghese Gallery for June? The official reservation website will only allow May. Do I have to wait until June 1? Thanks in advance for your help on this.

I phoned them directly and made my reservation by phone. I was in a similiar situation, the website only listed April and I wanted a reservation for mid-May. So, I called rather than wait for the website

granbury-don't worry too much about the Borghese reservations-I know everyone tells you you must have them, but I went on a Sunday in August, along with a number of other people who didn't have reservations, and got in on the next time slot, so no worries there, unless there happened to be a special exhibition, you can call the day you get there to make the reservations.

When the phone is answered a recording says "uno per italiano, due per inglese." Press two, talk to the English speaking operator and you have your reservation in about a minute.
(this was the drill last year, anyway)

Yes, kayd has described the drill correctly. As long as you select the "english" option. I had no trouble

Thanks for the replies. I will also be there on a Sunday, but in June. Its good to know that I can call. I know I am an obsessive planner. I would rather have everything worked out ahead of time. But then I probably wouldn't spend so much time on this forum if I weren't an obsessive planner! And I love this forum.
