Does anyone know what would be the best way to go from Geneva airport to Argentiere (5 miles away from Chamonix)at the end of March, and then from Argentiere to Geneva downtown?<BR>Thanks for your help.

E.g., there are 5 buses a day from Geneva airport to the Chamonix train station, about a 2 hour trip. To Argentiere it is a 15 minute train hop. The same for returning to Geneva. <BR><BR>From Geneva airport to the centre of the city is a short ride on city bus #10. Thanks for your reply, but in fact my definition of 'best' way of going from point A to point B is 'short and easy'<BR>I checked the train schedule and the train ride from Argentiere to Geneva downtown is about 3 hours and 15 minutes with 2 changes. Not so good.<BR>Also, the recommendation of taking the train from Argentiere to Chamonix, then take a bus to Geneva airport, and then get in another bus downtown does not seem any less painful or any faster.<BR><BR>I was wondering if there would be a door to door shuttle that I could take from Argentiere to Geneva downtown.<BR>Does anyone know?
