It's hard to remember the name from year to year, but I think this is the one we used most recently:

Parishuttle has gotten alot of comments here, mixed comments, but most are favorable.
I tried Parishuttle-or almost tried it. I gave up on waiting and took a taxi instead. Now my choice is taking the taxi.
I think if we had 6 people in our group, I'd consider taking Parishuttle again.

We used Parisshuttle last week for a party of 5 without any problems. Both arrival and departure pickups were timely and drivers were courteous. We will use them again if we don't opt to try the train method next time.
Our hotel had a different company's brochure but I can't remember the name offhand. Sorry to not be able to offer another option.

Hello All
My ears were burning .
I am still here at Parishuttle working too hard which is why I just don't get a chance to visit sites such as Fodors very often any more .
I wont push one shuttle company before another but would just remind all fodorites that Paris is the same as anywhere in the world - you will get what you pay for !
Bargain hotels , restaurants & especially shuttle companies will more often than not hold many unpleasant surprises.
If you are unsure about your chosen shuttle company then insist upon paying upon arrival , ask for the companys transport licence number & insurance details. If the company refuses to comply with any of the above then think seriously about using a different company.
If you wish to use the company I work for then contact me directly.I wont provide my address so I cannot be accused of advertising by the fodors police but im sure that by using the search function you will be able to find it.
Im back to the grindstone now.
best regards

How can I go about contacting you. I'm flying in Friday. I reserved a shuttle with 'Airport Connection' which has a 2 for 35 euro offer. Can you offer any personal feedback about that company. If you don't want to answer are your rates and service comparable? I need a door-to-door service in the event that it starts to pour. Hence the reason why i'm elliminating the airport bus from the mix.

We've used Paris Airport Shuttle successfully on three separate occcasions both coming and going. Picked up with minimal wait time at CDG; in fact, don't remember whether there was any wait at all. The return pickups were right on schedule.
We think the advantage in knowing the exact amount outweighs the potential risk of sharing and going a little out of the way. On one trip from CDG we were in a horrendous traffic jam for what seemed like hours (It wasn't but I needed to pee.) and I shudder to think of the meter in a taxi nibbling away at my billfold.

As of last May/June Mark Harris could be reached at [email protected]
We used Parishuttle for 8 people from CDG to the Latin Quarter on June 4. This was at the height of the strikes and all roads into Paris were clogged since a lot of buses and metros were not running. Even so, we made it to our hotel in about 2 hrs. which was pretty good given the situation. If I recall correctly we paid 15E pp. or 120E total. (Who knows what we might have paid for 2-3 taxis in those circumstances.)
Mark was very kind in responding in great detail to several e-mails from me asking about the strike situation. I plan to use Parishuttle again this May.

I didn't think it would hurt to ask. Moreover, I didn't think it wasn't my right to ask. I was not aware that my question would commit him to break forum rules. In addition, being that he has intimate knowledge about his company if he so happens to have used the services of a 'competitor' company on a personal instance wouldn't he be offering a personal opinion on their services? Thereby, nullifying any feedback judgement/comments he makes about them as a business motivated one? I'f I'm stepping outside of forum rules with these questions then I apologize. Maybe it would be technically justified for us to ask these questions to members that are off-duty

Here's another shuttle service--we used this one last May, and they did a very good job.

Dear Bigfeat
Airport connection are a reputable , legal and licensed company. Their vehicles are for the most part dark green in colour. The price they are charging you is the going rate and they are the only other shuttle company that we advise our customers to use when we have no availability.
Follow their arrival instructions and Im sure everything will be fine.
I have no qualms in recommending rival shuttle companies providing that they are legal and offer a good service.
Have a good time in Paris this week end hopefully the sun will be shining as it was yesterday.
best regards

I am very glad to have found Mark's name again. We had made reservations with Mark for CDG two days after 9/11. With the cancellations from Air France at the time, we kept changing our arrival dates and times each day. Finally, after about a week, we had to cancel completely.
Mark was very kind and professional through all of the changes and the cancelation. I very much look forward to being able to work with him and Parishuttle.
Mark, I did locate your email address yesterday and sent you a message with times and arrival date. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

I'd never use Paris Shuttle again (search for previous post from last summer). And as for Mark, in the midst of the problems, hassles, lost reservations and a no show driver, he was nowhere to be found when I asked to speak to him. For me next time, it's a taxi, and for 6 people, take two taxis or a van.
