Assuming you are on a pc I can't help entirely - there is probably some sort of "right click windows thing"
One way - if after opening the thread, you click on the thread's title at the top - it will bring up the URL of the specific thread. Then you can save it just like any other website.
But, if you'd rather e-mail it . . . . . notice at the top of the thread "post a reply", "Jump to the most recent" and "<u>e-mail this page</u>" That is one way you can email the tread to yourself.
