Bernini Palace in Florence

Has anyone stayed at (or heard about) this hotel? Any feedback would be great.

Totally unappealing from the outside but fine once you are inside, at least in the lobby and public areas.

We did not stay there as we did not care for the location.

kfusto, what didn't you like about the location? We are trying to decide between this hotel and De La Ville which is about $400 more over three nights. Don't know if it is worth the difference in price.

Hi jnieboer,
My daughter and I stayed at the Bernini Palace last April and loved it. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with a beautiful marble bath with nice mirror and double sinks. Even though it's true that the building looks unappealing from the outside, the location near the Piazza della Signoria was perfect for walking to all the sites. Would definitely stay there again. Enjoy your trip. Gladys
