PalenQ, under US copyright law, Jamikins owns the images and all rights to them. To fully protect those rights, the images would need to be registered with the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress, but few non-professionals go to the effort and expense to do so. Most just put a digital watermark on images before posting them showing photographer name and year of publication.

Of course, I'm making the assumption of US residency for Jamikins, and see that I just might be in error. Though I suspect some similarities exist in the UK, my experience in copyright there is nil.
