B&B in kilkeeny

I am looking for a B&B in kilkenny city. I would like it to be in the price range of 30 - 45 euros. If it is little bit outside of town, but within walking distances of that is fine.

My sister and I stayed at Dunromin and absolutely loved it. The owners were very friendly, and gave us very good recommendations for dinner, nightlife, our route the next day!

I have stayed at both Alcantra and Laragh House and would recommend either. They are walking distance to Kilkenny.

I'll second the recommendation for Alcantra. It is a couple long blocks from Kilkenny Castle (which is city centre), and the hostess Brigit makes you feel right at home.

I got the recommendation originally from Michele on www.irelandyes.com.

In 2003, my cousin and I had a very nice stay at Carriglea. We didn't even have a car, so did walk everywhere. The price was reasonable and the owners were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, too!
