I've rented apts a couple times in Paris and viewed beaucoup websites about them and do not recall a single one requiring a rental of a week, so I don't agree with above.
It is common to require a stay of about 5 days minimum, though, less than that is unusual.
There have been lots of recomendations on her about specific apts -- agenciees and websites might be a little broader, but those, also. I can't recommend one because I haven't stayed in one's that big, but for best advice on here (other than a few searches), I'd suggest --
you must name a price range
you must state your requirements as to minimal facility standards -- such as must it have an elevator, and do you require three actual beds for these persons, or will one sleep on a futon or sofabed. Those are the most important.

Hotel Bosquet has a 1 bedroom , with private courtyard that is suitable for up to 4 persons. And they will rent it on a daily basis rather than weekly.

I haven't stayed in the apartment . A friend had booked it for an Oct trip and we were both delighted to have found it. Her husband backed out of the trip so she went with a smaller studio. I am familiar with the area and it is wonderful..lots of cafes, rue Cler, patisseries, etc but quiet at night.
I like the idea of it being serviced every 4 days instead of weekly or not at all as some places are. And you have the convenience of being able to call on the hotel staff 24/7!
I found this review of the aprtment on trip advisor

Sorry , it's been awhile since we've been to Paris in the spring..we usually go in Feb or October. We had glorious weather the last 2 weeks of Oct.this year. If I'm in Paris , the weather is always fine with me!!!!

I have booked that one bedroom apartment at the Hotel Relais Bosquet for next September. I will tell you they were very helpful and answered emails quickly while booking. Would love to hear from anyone who has actually stayed there.
Lana44...I will tell you, the main reason I booked the apartment is because of its ideal location and proximity to the Eiffel Tower. When I visited there last Spring, we stayed a block away from the Tower at the Hilton Paris. I loved the area so much but this time wanted an apartment for the longer visit.
Good luck with your planning!
