2bdrm apt recommend in Paris?

Does anyone have a 2bdrm apt. that they have tried and liked? I can't get the vacationinparis ID74 that everyone likes for our time frame but they do have some affordable 2bdrms but would like to hear from someone here first. Thanks

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the Palais Royale operated by Paris Vacations at www.parisvacationapartments.com in the summer of 2001 and loved it. It was close to everything and the owners were very helpful and efficient.

I have used Pascal Zytomirski.

He has a number of apartments for which he acts as a rental agent. He also owns a couple of the units. Mind you, I have stayed at one of the studios, but not one of the 2 bedrooms so I cannot give you personal experience with a 2 bedroom.

Here is a link to his website:

http://www.rentalfrance.com/

Pascal is very honest and speaks fluent English, as he lived in the US at one time. He generally meets you at the apt when you arrive and shows you how everything works.

If you email him at [email protected], he can give you specific rates for the units. When I researched renting an apt in Paris for my 2001, I found that he were more reasonable than some of the other rental sites. Insofar as I know, no one who stayed in any of his units has said anything other than complementary about dealing with him and/or the units. I would use him again without hesitation should my travels take me again to Paris.

Good luck and have a wonderful trip to Paris!

i can't give my opinion yet, but the apt. is very popular, and the owner has been quite pleasant.

www.beau-paris.com was our souce for rental of 2 bdrm "rue Borommee" apt in Sept 2004. Owner Philipe speaks excellent English and the price is very reasonable. It was 600 euros in Sept-and may still be that price. Great location in residential area-near Metro and bus.

My relative will be staying at a Montparnasse 2 bedroom apartment that she found at www.yourparishome.com

So far the owners have been pretty cooperative and very helpful.
