Apartment in Paris
Looking for some recommendations on previous stays in apartments in Paris. We are a traveling family with two 18 and 21 year old men. Would like a place that is clean, safe, air conditioning and located close to museums, subway, markets, etc. with at least 2 bedrooms and ideally 1 queen bed and two twins, but two queens will work. We are traveling July 1 through July 15. All recommendations appreciated.

Check with Paris Perfect (www.parisperfect.com). They have a good selection and own most of the own properties they represent. They also have an excellent support staff should you need anything.

We stayed in this apt. for a week during June 2010:

We were a party of 4, two adults and our two boys, 12 & 15. It was very comfortable. You can push the two beds together in the main bedroom and make it a king (as we did).
The location was ideal, if you look out the window and to the side, you can see the Siene River. It is an easy walk to the Louvre in one direction and Notre Dame in the other. I really fell in love with the neighborhood - so many pastry shops, outdoor markets & cafe's close by.

We rented a 2 BR in St Germain through franceforrent.com in 2010, when we traveled with my mother. The apartment was beautiful & everything went smoothly. We're renting through parisianflat for this year's trip, as their 1 brs in our preferred location were a little more affordable.

My blog post Passionate About Paris dated Nov 30 2011 recommends Naomi Benamy's apartments - details in the blog post. If you're going to Paris in February or March 2012 she is offering 20% off the rental price if you mention my blog: http://thefeaturewriter.wordpress.com/ Have a fantastic trip!

I rented an apartment with http://www.lodjee.com/paris during my recent visit in December 2010. It was an apartment for 2 having a beautiful balcony and 1BR and it was near Market as preferred by us.
However I am not sure but I think you can get apartment for family sizes also, but still I would like you to make the confirmation from their site on your own.

You should also check Lodgis (http://www.lodgis.com ) They've been in Paris for years, have a large selection of properties and a friendly English-speaking team.
