Obermueller Musikanten

Die Rottacher Musikanten sind eine Besetzung der Blaskapelle Rottach-Egern am Tegernsee, die es seit ueber 100 Jahren gibt. Sie setzt sich aus zwei Trompeten, einer Posaune, einem Horn, einer Tuba und einer Ziehharmonika zusammen. This is for different Bavarian folk music bands. You wont find any other music there.
IMO Hofbraeuhaus is too crowded and touristy. For a little bit more of atmosphere take Augustiner and/or ask at
your hotel for alternate beer cellars.

I do not speak german but there are a bunch of translation programs on the web. Just cut and paste.

I heard the Rottacher Musikanten at an equestrian festival on the Tegernsee two years ago. They are the real thing, lots of Bavarian style and gusto.

Best enjoyed with bratwurst and bier.

We were doing fine watching the horses and listening to the band until the heavens opened and rain descended in sheets.
