I am booked to travel via ÖBB from Switzerland to Austria on May 21. They state you can get a refund for international tickets that are valid to June 1. I requested refunds with all the proper paperwork 10 days ago but have yet to hear back. I was wondering if anyone else has received or requested refunds and what their experience has been. Thanks.

I asked for a refund and filled out the form. I don't recall how long till I got an answer, but more than 10 days.

I eventually got a reply which offered a voucher +10% good for 10 years. Since I know I will use it, I accepted the offer. I think you could go another step to maybe get a refund, but It wasn't worth pursuing to me.

Thanks. I did receive an email this week for vouchers for the total amount of tickets. It took a while but they came through.
