Any Languedoc region restaurant recommendations?

We are leaving in 9 days--woo hoo! We will be staying near St. Chinian for a week. So far, I have La Maison de la Lozere and Braserie du Theatre in Montpellier. Anyone else have any recommendations for this region? Thanks! And I just love donuts, bananas, and of course zucchini... ;-)

We had very good meals at Chantovent in Minerve (fabulous view), and Le Tirou in Castelnaudary.
