Restaurants in Languedoc and Rousillon

I have the wonderfull Stu Dudley self penned guide to the area with his restaurant recommendation (porn for foodies ). Does anyone else have any recent additions to the must eat at list ? Price (either way) not an issue.

I'm afraid that my list ( http://the-languedoc-page.com/touris...estaurants.htm ) is now becoming obsolete.

The best guide to restaurants in the area is : Graham Tigg's
Languedoc Dining at http://www.languedoc-dining.com

Pvoyageuse - how about the Hostalet de Vives in Vives ??? Only need to eat there once & you'll be full for the entire week.

Oh yes, how could I have forgotten it !
So here it goes : in Vivès near Le Boulou and they have a few simple but comfortable rooms in case you don't feel like driving home after the experience.
Their Catalan breakfast is amazing too.
