Airport transfer from Sorrento to Naples

We booked a transfer from our hotel in Sorrento to Naples airport in May. The charge is 99 euro for two people with luggage. Is this a fair price or can we do better?

There is a shuttle bus from the Sorrento to the airport. Cost is 10€.

Otherwise, taxis in the region are set fee and the prices are listed on the airport website. The cost for Sorrento is 100€ (page 2 is English).

or you can take train from sorrento 3.5e to termini and go out front and catch the bus to airport 5e for total of 8.5e but the 10e bus is the easiest and your not dragginh bags from train to bus.

The bus between Sorrento train station and Naples airport is a very nice "coach" or "Greyhound" type with comfortable seats and you store your luggage in the compartments under the bus. Unless your flight leaves at a time too inconvenient to match to the schedule for the bus I can't see that the comfort, timing or speed of a private car would really be worth it.

Our plane leaves Naples at 12:10pm, so we would want to be at the airport by 10am. The Curreriviaggi Shuttle leaves at 8:30am and would arrive at 10am. Should I book the shuttle now or wait until we are in Sorrento? Does the coach leave from the bus station in Sorrento? Thanks for the help.

The bus leaves from the train station. Our flight left around noon as well and we considered taking the 8:30am bus but decided that since traffic is unpredictable, we instead took the 6:30am bus to be on the safe side- just a thought!

You can book the Currieri bus once in Sorrento or directly on board.
If you are still considering a private transfer have a look also at Taxi Sorrento, it usually chargers 70/75 € for an Airport Transfer.
