Naples Airport to Sorrento Bus
Curreri Bus Company operate buses between the Naples Airport and Sorrento as follows:
Depart Naples Airport for Sorrento at:
9:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:30, 19:00
Depart Sorrento to Naples Airport at:
6:45, 8:30, 10:30, 12:00, 14:00, 16:30
Travel time is one hour in each direction. Service is daily. This direct service avoids having to connect in the city of Naples itself.

I'm not aware of any direct bus service from FCO to Sorrento. There is bus service, however, from the Tiburtina Rail Station in Rome to Sorrento (and there is a commuter train every 15 minutes from Tiburtina to FCO).
