Try hotel des artistes. Don't know if they have anything open or not but they are very prompt in responding to emails. They have a website.

Try www.hotelspringhouse.com - they have some specials around that rate, and we were quite pleased with the clean, modern, spacious room with nice bathroom, the very courteous and helpful staff, and the location.
