Accomodations in Grinzing

We will be in Vienna for four or five days in October. Instead of staying in the center of Vienna, we thought we could stay out of town in Grinzing. I'm having trouble finding any pensions or small hotels in Grinzing. Has anyone stayed in Grinzing?
Thanks.

Although I haven't stayed here, the Grinzinger-Hof looks nice. Good luck.

While not in Grinzing, I would recommend the Landhaus Fuhrgassl-Huber in Neustift Am Walde ( before Grinzing.)
Many good Heurigen nearby. This is a very nice, small, pension- well cared for and good service.

This website also lists their heurigen.
This area is much less " touisty" than Grinzing- better food and wine.
The bus stop is just a very short walk. 25-30 minutes to city center.
