Hi
What's your budget? When are you going?
I suggest the Old Town (Prague 1) and Prague 2 zones.
Try - http://www.danekapartments.cz or http://www.travellers.cz/en/dlouha-a...nts-prague.php or http://www.prague-flat.net or http://www.lublanka.cz
Cheers

We stayed at Hotel Hastal this past month, and the location is fantastic. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square, and the rooms are very large. Price is not expensive(book via e-mail and you save money) and although the decorating is very basic, the room is comfy and bathrooms totally modern. Lots of hot water.
The staff is rather bland, but that didn't make any difference to our stay. We'd return without hesitation.

we have looked at a couple of apartment booking sights.one is shortstayapartments and the other is Prague experience. any comments on either of these. one is in Prague 6- 2 bedroom for 80 euros and the other on Nerudova for 125 euro. Is it worth that much more? Have to pick soon. eds

The Hotel Kampa Garden*** has 2 family suites going for about 130 Euro/night rack rate (July special of 114), high season. We were there on two occassions, 4 nights and 3 and enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice spotless rooms with modern furniture and very good baths. The location on Kampa Island, which is right under the Charles Bridge is ideal - at the same time quiet yet a short walk to the heart of Old Town. Access to the Bridge is by stairs or ramp. The hotel is next to a lovely park and has terrific views, particularly at night. Buffet breakfast is included. There are some very good restaurants within 100 yard. The entire hotel is non-smoking.

We rented from Apartments in Prague last February -
apartments-in-prague.org/ . We picked Vlasska 6 in the Mala Strana area and found everything entirely satisfactory. It was in a great area (across the road from the Irish and American embassies) with plenty of small shops nearby where we could stock up on provisions. It's also quite a distance away from the Stag/Hen Party Hell of the Old Town/Wenceslas Sq area. Even though there were three of us staying there the apartment can accommodate up to six people (two double bedrooms and a fold-out sofa).
I'd have no problem recommending this agency to anyone. They'll also pick you up and leave you to the airport for a charge of about €30. Enjoy Prague - it's great!
