Check ParisVoice or Pariscope to see what museums are open late (Louvre... d'Orsay?...)
Movies
Seine cruise
Eiffel when it's twinkling (on the hour)
Jazz clubs
Famous cafes and brasseries (Coupole, Lipp, Dome...)
Monoprix - most are open until 9pm; the one on the Champs is open later.
The view from Tour Montparnasse - you can stay indoors on the 56th and still see the panorama of Paris

The Musee D'Orsay is open on Thursday until at least 9. I think the Louvre may be open late one evening as well. I'm sure you can visit Notre Dame in the evening. There are concerts in many of the churches and there is always the opera at the Bastille or the ballet at the Opera Garnier.

http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...=wtggirl&fid=2
I posted my fav night spot which is a jazz cellar in the Latin quarter,
Le Caveau de la Huchette!
I'll be back in November with my dancing shoes on!

What do you do like to do at home in the evenings? YOu can probably do the same thing in Paris, except for there is not a lot of English-language theater.
If you are already in Paris, you really should learn about the weekly entertainment guides, as all you have to do is buy one and then look at everything to do to choose what you want. They list everything (museums, music, cinema, fine arts performances, etc.), with the exception of smaller venues might not be in there so much. If you are there three months, you probably know French or enough to make out the few words you need to decipher the guides.
I prefer l'Officiel des Spectacles myself, but others like Pariscope-- they are cheap so try different ones. Zurban has more info about clubs, popular neighborhoods, generally more a magazine about trendy things to do and places to go with a younger presentation. You would need French to get the most out of its articles, though. I don't like it as well as the others for a general weekly guide, however.
