The Design: Wow. I am impressed that you are willing to opt for an all-white apartment with an 11 month old! It's also interesting how many people like it -- I think it's awful. I'd feel like I was staying in a sanatorium.

Agree - DESIGN looks like just that. It should be in House Beautiful - but no one should ever live in it - esp not a baby - who will be spilling and dropping and who knows what as it crawls or toddles around the apartment.

We are already flying to Paris with an 11 month old, why not add the challenge of an all-white-like-nowhere-else-I've-ever-lived apartment to it! With any luck we run him ragged and all he does in the apartment is snooze. Otherwise, well, we will keep the paper towels stocked. Can't stress the messes! No grape juice this trip. Got it.
