1 week in Turkey
Flying into Istanbul and have only one wk to spend in the country. We're aware that we won't be able to see that much, but figure it's better than not at all. We want culture, beauty, etc. Any suggestions on an itinerary?
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

Hi Cassidy
If you fly from Istanbul to Kayseri you can stay in Cappadocia 2 night then to Ankara for your another flight to Izmir then go to Selcuk for your 2 nights stay and visit Ephesus and other places around it.
I think you can only have this tour with your limited days
Have nice tour in Turkey

Thanks you for the suggestions. I feel completely ignorant (haven't had time to research yet) but do we need to fly to get to those places? Is there somewhere closer w/ the sme appeal?

Hi Cassidy,
Your best bid could be ;
3 Days istanbul,4 days Cappadocia
You need to Fly Kayseri ( 1 hour 15 min ) and drive an hour to Cappadocia.
Otherwise you could take night train to Ankara from istanbul visit sites in Ankara and travel to Cappadocia by bus 4,5 hours or self drive 3,5 hours.
You will enjoy the week fully.
Have a wonderful time in Turkey
