I have used them once - they tend to have good prices. Call - the once I did I got a pleasant, knowledgeable and competent person. Shop cruise on cruisecompete website first. Some cruiselines do not discount - but there are a lot of deals out there these days.

I have used Vacations to Go for my last 2 cruises. New England-Canada in Sept., Mexican Riviera in Jan. and have booked for an Eastern Mediterranean in Sept. Oct. I have very pleased with the 2 cruises taken and the booking of the 3rd. Susan Branton has been my traveling agent with the tour company and she has been excellent to answer any questions and help me with the booking.

I have booked with them. They offer good prices, however, they would not match my lowest fare. Even though I could show them a screen shot of my fare, they said that often travel agencies add additional fees. The amount was not large - it would have bought me a nice bottle of wine onboard, howeever I don't believe they should advertise that they will beat or meet a competitor's price. The agent was very nice and helpful - even provided me with the CEO's e-mail.

I get the weekly cruise e-mails from them and have been impressed with some of the prices. When we were shopping for the cruise we just completed on the 27th, we called them and got a good price. However, we ended up booking with Costco Travel which was considerably less for a better stateroom and insurance was a steal! It pays to shop around and it's so easy online. We've also used cruises.only for past cruises.
