Royal Carib- Serenade of the Seas??

We are considering traveling on an Eastern Caribbean cruise in November. The cruise we are looking into travels with this Royal Caribbean ship, Serenade of the Seas. Anyone been on this ship? Recommendations please?
Thanks much!

Serenade of the Seas is my favorite ship. We did a Panama Canal cruise on her from San Juan to SF. I wished I could have stayed all the way to Alaska.

I forgot to mention that if you are in the main dining room (can't think of name) be sure to ask for Mr. Harry as your waiter. He was the best we have ever had. GREAT!!!

I sailed on the Serenade through the Panama Canal in Oct. 07 for two weeks. DH and I love her so much, that we are booking a back-to-back Caribbean next year. We LOVE the balcony cabins. She is absolutely beautiful and the crew is very accommodating.

Thanks for your feedback! How is the food? I have read some reviews that the food is average, even at the restaurants where you have to pay. What is your opinion?

I thought the food in the dining rooms to be very good. Your waiter will suggest what he thinks is a better choice. You can have more than one course and if you don't care much for the first one you can always get a different one.
We ate at the buffet at lunch. There are different stations with different types of food so there is a wide choice.
We especially enjoyed their lemonade no extra charge or at least there was not one a year ago.
Have a great cruise and you will be well fed.
