A family group of 10-14 of us are doing a mediterrean cruise.

We are looking suggestions for private guides - tour operators for excursions/tours in the following ports:

villefranche (nice), france, livorno(florence/pisa),italy, civitavecchia (rome), italy, naples, italy, mykonos, Greece, piraeus (athens), Greece, dubrovnik, croatia and santorini, Greece.

Does anyone has suggestions for who they have used and would recommend to use for these trips?

This cruise site is usually pretty dead...

We did the seven day several years ago and I can say that we got an excellent guide at Pompeii - they are just there outside the ticket booths and you can get them pretty reasonably. Spoke good English with the only problem being the translation of specific words that were a little confusing.

It is too bed you are not calling at Turkish ports.
