Going to the bathroom at night can be tricky because it is so dark. Some bring a nightlite and some leave ther bathroom light on and the door slightly ajar.

I've had very good experiences on all five of my CCL cruises, starting with one of their first ships, The Carnivale, yes that was a LONG time ago. Obviously with the economy crunch, there have been some downgraded services, but very few. Most recently, The Victory and the Pride were wonderful sailing for me, very relaxing, no problems with obnoxious drinkers, the kids are well manned, service has been good, and the staff friendly and helpful. Remember you get what you pay for, and the CCL prices are very affordable. I believe this gives the average person a great oportunity to vacation in a way only the wealthy use to beable to partake of. I am trying a new line next year, but CCL will always hold great memories for me. Relax, enjoy and try to think of the positive points unlike those who are constantly looking for things to complain about...how unhappy their lives must be!
