My family and I are taking advantage of what seems to be a terrific deal at the Mobay Ritz. ($300 inclusive total for all of us)<BR>We dont normally do an AI but with this deal we figure we can handle it for a quick getaway. My question is this......which building, floor and room location should I try and secure? We prefer to be as close to the beach as possible. If you're on the 2nd floor or higher does one need to walk around the whole building to get up? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

all rooms and locations are good at the Ritz.

If you're going for an oceanview room, take a room 3rd floor or higher. A room in the 2nd floor will probably ruin your view out the balcony with palm trees leaves.

correction from last post...ge a 4th floor room. My friend receive a 3rd floor floor and had highly obstructed view of he ocean.
