Star Clippers

My husband and I will be going to the West Indies/leeward islands on the Royal Clipper in early December. If anyone has any suggestions regarding places to visit on the islands, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi

I went on a Star Clipper cruise few years ago. Which itinerary are you doing? Also make sure that you're prepared for it not being like a normal cruise ship. The one we were on sailed with the deck at 45 degrees. I was fun, but some people were expecting it to stay flat and have little movement.

HTH

S

Thank you for your replies. I did not have the itinerary available, at the time. Here it is: St. Lucia, Iles de Saintes, Antigua, St. Kitts, Dominica and Martinique.

Lyn
I did this trip in March on the RC and have just come back last week from the med on the RC. You will love it. It very much depends on how energetic you are, we did a beach trip by tender to St Lucia, went for a walk round Ille de Saints, went for a walk round St Johns in Antigua but if you haven't been before go to Nelsons Dockyard, didn't get off the ship in Dominica and went for a walk round Martinique. We loved stayed on the RC just relaxing. Have a good trip.
